Motion for Discovery

Author and film maker Chad Kister was charged with four false charges, one of which was thrown out. With the same phone calls that initiated the first charge, the Athens County Sheriff invented two more charges, a blatant case of double jeopardy from the lawless sheriffs. Chad Kister was named as the defendant. In order to properly answer said allegations to the Complaint at Law, Defendant is in need of obtaining discovery in this matter, including, but not limited to; all police reports, memorandum, notes, flash messages, supplemental reports, incident reports, photos, videos, audio recordings and all documents regarding Chad Kister, defendant.

Kister requests all audio and video tapes, memos, notes, reports, photographs (both paper and digital), digital records, digital video recordings and records, digital audio recordings and records, emails, faxes, facebook messages, instant messages, investigative notes, investigative reports, reports, evaluations, laboratory records, hospital records, mental notes, brain wave monitoring data, and any and all records of any type in the possession of the Athens County Sheriff, the 911 office, the dispatchers, the Athens City Police department, the Glouster police department, the Nelsonville police department, the Buchtel police department, the Metropolitan DC police department, the Columbus police department, the Athens County Prosecutors, or the municipal court about or related to Chad Kister. Kister also requests all information, including police reports, investigative notes, photos, video, audio, investigate notes, memos, emails, faxes, facebook messages, instant messages and all other information, including digital records from the Athens County Sheriff's office, the Meigs County Sheriff's office and the Athens County Prosecutors office about William Black. It is because Kister was trying to prosecute William Black's robbery of Kister, which Kister caught on videotape (it is posted at www.chadkister.com), records about him are crucial for Kister's defense.

Kister also requests all records about Pat Kelly, including recordings and notes from his perjury trial, transcripts from his trial, and disciplinary records from the Athens County Sheriff's office when Kelly worked for David Redecker. Kister also requests Pat Kelly's full criminal record.
Kister requests all information, including audio and video recordings, faxes, memos, emails, notes and computer files and records about, by or related to Chad Kister by WAIS 770 a.m. and Sharron Elliot (15751 US Route 33; Nelsonville, Ohio 45764).

Kister also requests all information from the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National Security Agency, the Center for Disease Control, the Food and Drug Administration, Oblennis Memorial Hospital, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Drug Enforcement Agency, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, the National Institute of Health, the State medical board of Ohio, the Ohio board of Mental Health, Tri-County Mental Health, the Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare, the Ohio State Highway Patrol, BCII, the Transportation Security Agency, the Department of Homeland Security and any and all other agencies that have information about Chad Kister.

This information is critical to show that Chad Kister is a victim of a brain implant, and the denial of information about his own health is tantamount to murder, and led to Kister's request for Pat Kelly to prosecute those responsible. Additionally, the failure of Athens County Sheriff Pat Kelly to prosecute those responsible for the brain implant (which is probably himself), is equivalent to murdering Chad Kister through dereliction of duty, because brain implants can cause brain cancer, as well as being a horrific form of torture and terrorism. Thus, Matthe Wideman is prosecuting the victim, and this needs to change.

Kister requests that the court order these agencies to provide information that they have about Chad Kister as part of the discovery process, and critical for his right to a fair trial. This is the first time that Kister has ever been accused of using violent speech, or of threatening anyone. Kister is committed to nonviolence, as he always has, and he needs this information to overturn these unjust charges. Because this is exculpatory evidence, agencies need to provide it regardless of national security issue. Because Kister is working to save the lives of 6.5 billion people who Scientists such as James Lovelock warn will likely die this century from climate change, it is imperative to save those lives, as well as Kister's, making this a unique, extraordinary case requiring extra court intervention to force these state and federal agencies to provide necessary information about Kister's own health. By tarnishing his image, these charges are tantamount to mass murder because Kister is among the few working to combat climate change.
Brain implants were put into Kister against his will on March 27, 2009, by Sasha Segetic and Ross Martin, his former tenants, after Ross Martin knocked Kister out with a baseball bat. The two have engaged in thought policing, a form of torture and terrorism, for two and a half years. Kister's x-rays and a Cuban doctor's finding of a frontal sinus communication prove this and are posted at www.brainimplant.info. Kister has been requesting that Pay Kelly prosecute the brain implant terrorists, but on the radio, he said that he was handcuffed related to that issue. On the radio, he also said that Kister should get the brain implant removed. At another point he said that there are no brain implants.

Oblennis Memorial hospital provided x-rays, that are at www.brainimplant.info and www.chadkister.com that clearly show brain implants. One does not have to be a doctor to see the obvious implants that were put in Kister's head against his will. Also, a diagnosis of Kister's MRI in Cuba found that Kister had skull fractures. Kister requested that the Athens County Sheriff prosecute Ross Martin, who caused the skull fractures, but they refused to do that.
