Kister has requested that the Athens County Sheriff's press charges against Monitronics for conspiracy to commit burglary and safecracking and much more.

Chad Kister has already caught NSA Agent William Black on video robbing Kister's house, which he encourages TV stations and other media outlets to air. That video is at www.chadkister.com

Kister has not been able to leave his house because of the dereliction of duty on the part of the Athens County Sheriff's Office.  "I will hold them accountable in court for their massive assault upon my liberties," Kister said.

"I pay $50 a month for Monitronics to protect my house, and they spoon feed criminals access to my house. They will have to pay the damages in court," Kister said.

Kister never requested that the password be sent.
